When you register with XMLLEAD you automatically consent to registration in all the other online properties in the XMLLEAD network (collectively, the "Network Sites"). Also, XMLLEAD may share registrant PII with its partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers and marketers' lookup and reference services and any other entities that XMLLEAD believes are able to provide registrants with special offers and opportunities. Note that although XMLLEAD advises everyone who receives Registrant PII from XMLLEAD to support this Policy, XMLLEAD has no control over such party's information handling practices and is not responsible for any failure of such party to adhere to this Policy.
Security:
XMLLEAD is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. All of our data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties, including but not limited to all customer information sent both to and from our Network.
Do Not Call Registry Compliance:
By submitting personal contact and/or financial information through XMLLEAD, the user hereby grants written permission to XMLLEAD, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, mail, and/or e-mail. Further, by registering at XMLLEAD you are consenting to receive phone calls from XMLLEAD, its affiliated sites, and its business partners for contact via telephone, including but not limited to lenders that may contact you regarding a loan and thereby registrants waive their right to file a claim with the FTC or any other agency in reference to these calls or contacts.
Third Party Offers:
By registering at XMLLEAD you may receive follow-up contacts/offers from third party companies. We cannot be responsible for the services or representations of third party advertisers.

Opting-Out of Further Communications:
XMLLEAD registrants may, at any time, opt-out of receiving further communications from XMLLEAD by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in any XMLLEAD e-mail received by registrant. Note that unsubscribing from one email list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other email list that you may be on. Please read the email carefully to find out which list you are unsubscribing from.
USA PATRIOT Act:
Federal law now requires that we obtain from you and verify information establishing your identity, including your full name, your current address, your social security or other taxpayer identification number and your date of birth. As with other information we collect, this information will be used and transferred only as permitted by law. You authorize us to collect this information, to verify the information provided and to transfer it as you direct.
Must Be 18 Years or Older:
XMLLEAD or its Network is neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. If XMLLEAD learns that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, XMLLEAD will promptly delete that individual's registration.
Transfer In Certain Circumstances:
In its sole discretion, XMLLEAD may transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, PII and other registrant-provided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of XMLLEAD and/or Network Sites.
Change in Policy:
XMLLEAD may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Depending on the nature of the change, XMLLEAD will either announce the change (1) on the privacy policy page of the site by updating the date at the top of the page, or (2) provide such notice via e-mail to registrants. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis. We may use this data to analyze the message traffic in order to operate, develop and to improve our services. We may share aggregated and non personal information with third parties outside of our Network as applicable to our privacy policy.
